Jessica Peters
Executive Director
Jessica has served as Executive Director of Renaissance since August 2025. With 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Peters brings with her a true passion for serving seniors, cultivating strong teams and providing a comfortable home for residents with memory loss.
Peters earned a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation & Recreation Management from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Gerontology. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
Jessica is also a Licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator (ALFA), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Jessica strives to make a difference in the day-to-day lives of those affected by dementia.
Jessica grew up living next door to her grandparents, which sparked her love for all seniors at a young age. Beginning as a recreation therapist in 2006, Jessica felt called to senior living in 2011 where her roles advanced in responsibility. Her natural ability as a leader and her genuine love for older adults shines through each day as she’s fulfilling her calling.
A native Virginian, Peters currently resides in West Springfield with her husband, Adam, three children, Jackson, Oliver and Payton, and dogs, Pearl and Tillie. She is an avid outdoors enthusiast, especially when it involves ocean sports such as canoe paddling and surfing. She also loves to bring people together for parties, showcasing her love for baked goods.
