Deanna Carlson

Executive Director

Deanna is from Minnesota with 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director. She moved to Maryland and spent a year in long-term care.

Deanna obtained her bachelor’s in business administration for healthcare administration at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. Deanna is licensed as a nursing home administrator in Maryland and Virginia. Deanna also has leadership, CPR, first aid, mental health, safety, and other certifications.

Deanna has had experience as a CNA, chef, waitress, and retail.

Deanna spent 8 years in the U.S. Army as a diesel mechanic and was honorably discharged after the completion of her contract.

Deanna is married to Brandon with three children: Zoey (11), Nolan (8), and Arabella (3). In her spare time, Deanna enjoys her family, the outdoors, music, traveling, volunteering, and cooking.
