Annandale, Va. (Aug. 2025) — Renaissance Senior Living of Annandale, a premier memory care community in Fairfax County, is thrilled to announce the return of their former Executive Director, Jessica Peters. With 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Peters brings with her a true passion for serving seniors, cultivating strong teams and providing a comfortable home for residents with memory loss. 


Peters earned a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation & Recreation Management from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Gerontology. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.

As someone who has built her career around serving seniors and helping improve their quality of life, Jessica is the perfect person for this position. A native Virginian, Peters currently resides in West Springfield with her husband, Adam, three children, Jackson, Oliver and Payton, and dogs, Pearl and Tillie. She is an avid outdoors enthusiast, especially when it involves ocean sports such as canoe paddling and surfing. She also loves to bring people together for parties, showcasing her love for baked goods.
